Satisfaction Policy
Once I have purchased a service, when and how will I be contracted by IB Wave?

Once the Client has formalised a Registration, IB Wave has a period of two business days to contact the Tutor and the Client. All contact with the client will be by telephone and/or email.

How are lessons scheduled and at what times?

The Tutor and the Client (and/or Student) may agree to hold the classes at any day and time; however, the following schedule is considered standard: Monday to Sunday, between 9:00 and 21:00.

If I purchase a service, can I cancel it?

The Client, within fifteen working days after the formalisation of the Registration and provided that the Student linked to them has not received any class, may terminate the contract and require IB Wave to fully reimburse the amount paid.

What happens if I’m not satisfied with the first lesson?

If the number of hours contracted is equal to or greater than ten, the Client will have the right to the following guarantee of satisfaction, when they report their dissatisfaction with the first lesson:

– IB Wave will propose a solution, including the possibility of assigning a new Tutor.

– However, the Client may terminate the contract and request that IB Wave refund the entire amount paid.

– If the Client had accepted the solution proposed by IB Wave and its dissatisfaction continued, the Client may also request that IB Wave refund the entire amount paid.

Can IB Wave cancel a service that I have purchased?

IB Wave reserves the right to cancel a Registration before or after the start of the provision of the service. In this case, the Client will obtain a refund of the proportion of the initial amount paid, corresponding to the part of the service not yet provided.
